This is a legally binding agreement between (“You”) and Thudio regarding your usage of the extension. “You” refers to the party bound by these Terms of Use. The bound parties include individuals who are at least 13 years old or corporate entities. These provisions may be translated into other languages, but the governing language is Indonesian.

1. Agreement & Changes to Terms of Use

PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari provides Thudio and Asset facilities ( 3D Catalog ) where these facilities come from the marketplace and appeared only after you agree to these Terms of Use.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING OR WHEN ACCESSING THE 3D CATALOG WHICH CONTAINS THE COLLECTION OF 3D MODEL ASSETS AND TEXTURE MATERIALS FROM DEKORUMA MARKETPLACE. BY USING, WHETHER PART OR ALL ASSETS AND OR FEATURES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO 3D CATALOG), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE TO AGREE TO ALL APPLICABLE TERMS, FOLLOWING CHANGES THAT MAY HAPPEN.

Changes to Terms: Please note that PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari reserves the right to update and amend these Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion and will post notices on the Thudio Official Website, and send Emails to each Thudio user based on data from customer account registration as described in the Thudio: Privacy Policy if these Terms of Use have changed. Also, check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. These Terms of Use constitute a binding legal agreement between you and PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari is intended to have the same power or effect as signing a Legal Agreement. 3D Catalog Thudio may only be used for users who can comply with and legally bind contracts under applicable law. By logging into Thudio or using Thudio in part or whole, you agree to all applicable terms of use, including the most recent changes.

2. Use of 3D Catalog in Thudio

Prior to these Terms of Use, you may use the 3D Model and Material Texture in Thudio 3D Catalog to view, search, discover, download, and use for your projects. Then the things that are prohibited and can be followed up by applicable law include:

i. Deleting, watermarking, fading, or other expropriation activities on Thudio 3D Catalog assets.

ii. Decompile, duplicate, or create derived assets.

iii. Trade or misuse the Thudio Catalog 3D Assets in any way.

iv. Test for technical vulnerabilities, or test our security, or access restrictions.

The copyright for 3D Model Assets and Texture Materials created, designed, and developed in the Thudio 3D Catalog belongs to Us (“PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari”). All 3D Model Assets and Texture Materials available and distributed via the 3D Catalog within Thudio are free of charge.

3. Account Usage in Thudio

A. Account Creation on Thudio

After opening Thudio's sidebar for the first time, you will see the “Accounts”. You must create an account using your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. In addition, you are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur on your Account. If there is any misuse of your account or security violation you have to notify us immediately. We will try to help but any loss you may incur as a result of others, for example when someone else uses your password or account, either with or without your knowledge will not be our responsibility.

B. Your Personal Information

The Personal Information you submit is to receive/used by Thudio and will be handled under the procedures contained in the Thudio: Privacy Policy.

4. Age Restrictions on Thudio

The age that is allowed to use Thudio is over 18 years old, ages 13-17 years are allowed to use Thudio with verification of parental guidance on the account. Then the feature of purchasing goods from the marketplace via Thudio is allowed for ages 18 years and over.

5. Availability of Assets 3D Catalog

Thudio or any Development by Us (“PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari”) may assign, revise, modify, update, authorize or delete any Assets that We have published to the 3D Catalog at any time at Our discretion. We may also remove any 3D Model Assets and Material Textures from the 3D Catalog without prior notice.

6. 3D Catalog & Its Restrictions

A. Property Rights

Unauthorized use of the assets contained in the Thudio 3D Catalog may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights and laws. All Assets available in Thudio belong to Thudio. Assets can't be sold or licensed by external parties without any consent from Thudio

B. Use Restrictions

You are prohibited from modifying the copyright, deleting, redistributing, transferring, reducing, engineering, or disassembling the Thudio 3D Catalog Assets/to other parties/other people (except or only if permitted by applicable law and if with prior written notice and consent to our side).

C. User Responsibilities

Terms of use of Thudio 3D Catalog, you agree that you will not use the Thudio 3D Catalog  Assets for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You will be responsible for all costs incurred by PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari or other parties against (“Misuse”). You will be responsible for all costs incurred by Us or other parties (including lawyers) as a result of the Misuse of Your Thudio 3D Catalog.

You are prohibited:

i. Use Thudio 3D Catalog Assets to disseminate or deliver inappropriate, defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful information, images, or content; or to harass, stalk, threaten or violate the rights of others;
ii. Using the Thudio Catalog 3D Assets in such a way as to unreasonably interfere with others by your usage;
iii. Account fraud or unauthorized account access; and
iv. Violate any code of conduct related to Thudio 3D Catalog, or any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Feedback

We may collect general information about your interactions with the 3D Catalog and its assets (excluding personally identifiable information) and We may use this information for the purpose of developing Thudio services and products.

8. Beware of Scams

You agree that we (“PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari”) can contact you via messages by Whatsapp application and the email address that you provided when registering a Thudio User Account. We will always send messages through the Dekoruma Official Whatsapp Account and Dekoruma Official E-mail regarding your orders which you will pay at Our Marketplace or the latest update from us regarding Thudio.

• PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari confirms your order only through Dekoruma's Official Whatsapp Business Account and Dekoruma's Official E-mail. These are our official bank account numbers, BCA 372-1717273 DEKORUMA INOVASI LESTARI and Mandiri 123-00-9011190-9 DEKORUMA INOVASI LESTARI.
• If you are asked to pay an amount other than the amount of your order being processed, please ignore it.
• Do not share your Personal Data or Financial Data with anyone.

9. Warranty

PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari will immediately update every new 3D Catalog Asset, that any defects or errors in each Asset will be corrected, and that Thudio 3D Catalog is free from viruses or components that are harmful to your computer. ASSETS FROM THUDIO 3D CATALOG are PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

10. Disclaimer

The 3D Catalog is a design of the original product that we provide to customers through the Dekoruma marketplace and is not a representation of the final product. We are not responsible for any losses, both material and immaterial, arising from your use of the Thudio Catalog 3D Assets.

11. General Requirements

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between You (“Thudio User”) and Us (“PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari”) in relation to the use of the Thudio 3D Catalog and replace all prior or contemporary communications and proposals (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari regarding the use of Thudio 3D Catalog. You also must comply with any additional terms of Use that may apply when you use the Assets in the Thudio 3D Catalog. These Terms of Use, and all rights and licenses granted under these Terms of Use, may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari. Any rights not expressly stated by these terms of use are protected by PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari.
